Mission Consultation

We are invited to co-create with God and integrate our faith + work so that the 40+ hours of our work week become an act of worship.

Discover the unique gifts or “superpowers” God has placed within you and the needs or challenges we are designed to tackle in the world. All these elements come together in a mission that acts as a guide for the jobs, ventures and vocational choices you make.

Applying the tools of design thinking from Stanford’s design school (“the d.school”), envision three possible futures where our mission can come to life. This may look like adapting an existing job to embody more of our mission, exploring something on the side, or launching a new venture.

01. Gather inputs from colleagues, family & friends about your identity, gifts and areas of impact…

02. Synthesize statements about your identity, superpowers and impact.

Bring who you are together with a need or opportunity in the world to declare your mission!

03. Identify three ways this mission can take form in new learning “ventures.” Apply the tools of design thinking to “prototype” a tangible first step to explore these venture.

“Declare a Mission was
what I’ve been needing in my life.

Before, I felt lost with no sense of direction or purpose in my life.

I left with clarity on my mission and how to move forward with small, actionable steps to explore the possible paths to find the right fit.

I am so so grateful.”
